The FD32KA2X/B06V12 check valve belongs to the FD Check Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and is applied to direct oil flow in hydraulic automation. The cartridge seats in an M64 × 2 cavity, and four M16 × 100 fixing screws hold the body, each tightened to 295 Nm for secure retention under load. FKM seals contain the medium and tolerate HL or HLP oils defined by DIN 51524. Clean operation requires a fluid class of ISO 4406 20/18/15, limiting particulate damage to the poppet. Port A may be pressurized up to 350 bar without risking deformation, and the 7.5 kg assembly is light enough for single-person handling during service.
A G1/4 control port lets a pilot line actuate the valve, and a 1:20 control-to-load area ratio means modest pilot force can move the poppet. Flow from port a to port b starts after the 2 bar cracking threshold, while reverse flow needs 20 bar pre-opening pressure to maintain load security. A 0.6 mm internal orifice meters pilot oil to soften switching transients. The body passes up to 560 l/min through the main ports, with port B rated for 420 bar and port X for 350 bar during continuous duty. These limits allow the valve to operate reliably in high-pressure, high-flow automation loops.
