The FD32KA2X/B00V check valve belongs to the FD Check Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and is intended to permit controlled one-way flow and secure load holding in hydraulic systems. It tolerates 350 bar at ports A and X, while port B withstands up to 420 bar, so the valve can be placed on high-pressure return or load circuits. A maximum flow of 560 l/min for size 32 supports large actuators without excessive velocity loss. The element opens from port A to B at a 2 bar cracking pressure, and pilot relief from port B to A begins at 20 bar; the 1:20 pre-opening to load area ratio ensures that a small control pressure is enough to release a heavier load. There is no internal orifice, which keeps pressure drop low when the poppet is fully open. A G1/4 control port thread simplifies connection to pilot lines, and FKM sealing material provides chemical resistance when fluids contain aggressive additives.
During assembly, the cartridge requires 270 Nm of tightening torque, and the external fixing screw is drawn down to 295 Nm to maintain proper clamping in the manifold block. The recommended oil should remain cleaner than ISO 4406 class 20/18/15, and a filter with a β10 ≥ 75 retention rate helps achieve that cleanliness to protect the poppet seat. Hydraulic media can reach viscosities up to 800 mm²/s without impairing function, and ambient temperatures may rise to 80 °C before derating is necessary. The fully dressed cartridge weighs 7.5 kg, which installers must consider when sizing mounting plates and service tools.
