The FD32FB2X/200B06V check valve belongs to the FD Check Valves series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth for directional control in hydraulic automation. It is manufactured in size 32 and employs SAE flange connections so it can be installed directly on high-flow lines. The body passes up to 560 l/min while withstanding 350 bar at port A and 420 bar at port B, allowing the valve to operate in large power circuits. Flow from A to B begins at a cracking pressure of 2 bar, and the control-to-load area ratio of 1:20 lets a small pilot force open the main poppet. A G1/4 threaded control port provides access for the pilot signal.
Port X accepts pilot pressure up to 350 bar, and flow from B to A starts when the opening pressure reaches 20 bar, enabling reverse relief functions. An internal orifice of 0.6 mm meters the pilot oil so response remains stable. A secondary relief valve is integrated and lifts at 200 bar to protect downstream components. Sealing is handled by FKM material for compatibility with mineral oil-based fluids. The valve is intended for use with mineral oil HL or HLP grades defined in DIN 51524, and service life depends on maintaining fluid cleanliness to ISO 4406 class 20/18/15.
