The FD25PA2X/B04V12 valve is part of the FD Check Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and is used to permit flow from port A to B while blocking reverse flow in hydraulic automation circuits. It mounts on a sub-plate and follows the ISO 5781-08-10-0-00 porting pattern, so it can be installed directly on standard manifolds. A control port with a G1/4 thread and a separate measuring port of the same thread size let a pilot signal open the poppet and allow diagnostics without extra adapters. The internal orifice has a 0.4 mm diameter, and the poppet lifts once the cracking pressure from port A to B reaches 2 bar. A 1:20 control pressure ratio between port X and port B means a small pilot pressure can vent the main line, allowing reliable remote unloading.
This valve supports a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar at port A, 420 bar at port B, and 350 bar at port X, so it suits high-pressure pump outlets and actuator circuits. Continuous flow up to 320 l/min passes through the seat without excessive loss, aided by an O-ring that measures 29.82 × 2.62 mm and seals with FKM material for resistance to mineral oil and many synthetic fluids. The body is fastened with M10 × 120 screws that require 75 Nm of tightening torque to keep the gasket compressed under peak load. A shipping weight of 18 kg must be considered when selecting lifting and mounting hardware.
