Port ratings allow reliable service in high-pressure installations: ports A and X withstand 350 bar while port B is approved for 420 bar. The pilot circuit may be charged up to 350 bar, matching the main pressure limit of port A. When flow travels from port A to B the poppet unseats after a cracking pressure of 2 bar, whereas reverse flow from B to A needs 20 bar to overcome the spring and hydraulic forces. A secondary relief path limits downstream pressure to 300 bar, offering additional protection for the actuator side. The damping orifice in the pilot line has a diameter of 0.4 mm, moderating opening speed and preventing pressure shocks. Together these settings let the check valve isolate loads, relieve excess pressure, and open on command without compromising system integrity.
