The FD16PA2X/B03V valve belongs to the FD Check Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and is designed to permit controlled one-way flow in hydraulic automation circuits. It mounts on a sub-plate according to porting pattern ISO 5781-06-07-0-00, which simplifies exchange in standardized manifolds. Both the control port and the measuring port use a G1/4 thread to match common test fittings. Flow from port a to b begins when the cracking pressure reaches 2 bar, while a minimum control pressure of 20 bar must be applied at port x to pilot the poppet fully open. A pre-opening area ratio of 1:20 limits pressure spikes during this transition. An internal orifice of 0.3 mm meters pilot flow, and sealing is provided by an FKM O-ring sized 21.3 × 2.4 mm.
During normal operation the valve withstands 350 bar at ports a and x, and 420 bar at port b, allowing it to integrate into high-pressure supply lines. It passes up to 200 l/min, giving adequate capacity for medium-size actuator groups without excessive pressure loss. The body is secured with four M10 × 100 screws, and these fasteners require a tightening torque of 75 Nm to hold the seating surfaces against the manifold block. Total weight is 9 kg, so a single technician can position the unit without lifting equipment. These mechanical limits complement the flow and pressure ratings noted above and ensure the check valve performs consistently within compact hydraulic power units.
