The FD16KA2X/B03V check valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the FD Check Valves series and is intended to permit free flow in one direction while blocking return flow in manifold-mounted hydraulic circuits. Its cartridge style installation allows direct manifold mounting, minimizing external plumbing. A maximum operating pressure of 350 bar at ports A and X defines the primary pressure limit, while port B withstands up to 420 bar, enabling use in high-pressure actuation loops. A pilot signal of 20 bar is required to begin full opening, while a 0.3 mm orifice meters pilot oil to moderate switching speed and prevent shock. System cleanliness must be maintained to ISO 4406 20/18/15 so that the poppet seats reliably without contamination. Mounting is accomplished with an M10 × 70 fixing screw tightened to 69 Nm, securing the body against pressure-induced movement.
