The FD16FA2X/B00V check valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the FD Check Valves series and is installed in hydraulic automation circuits to allow controlled flow from A to B. An area ratio of 1:20 between the pre-opening and load faces lowers the pilot pressure required to lift the poppet. The element starts to open once 2 bar cracking pressure is reached on the A side, then maintains flow up to 200 l/min through ports A and B. Port X accepts pilot oil between 20 bar and 350 bar, defining the control range for remote release, while ports A and X withstand a maximum of 350 bar and port B tolerates 420 bar so the valve can sit in high-pressure supply lines.
The unit provides a G 1/4 control port and a matching G 1/4 measuring port to simplify pressure connection and testing. FKM sealing elements and a 25 × 3.5 mm O-ring contain the specified mineral oil grades HL and HLP. No internal orifice is fitted, which removes an extra pressure drop path and eases maintenance. System oil cleanliness must meet ISO 4406 code 20/18/15 to preserve seat integrity. The housing is finished in RAL 5010 paint for external protection, and the assembled body weighs 7 kg, making it manageable during manifold mounting.
