The FD12KA2X/B00V12 valve belongs to the FD Check Valves series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth for manifold-mounted hydraulic automation. It is supplied as a cartridge design so it seats directly in a block without external pipework. The nominal size NG12 supports medium-frame circuits and, because no orifice is machined in version B00, the flow path remains unobstructed. An FKM seal is fitted to resist mineral oil exposure and elevated service temperatures. A control port threaded G 1/4 allows an external pilot line to influence internal poppet movement. Cracking pressure from port A to port B is fixed at 2 bar, letting the valve open with a modest upstream differential, while the reverse opening from port B to port A through port X requires 20 bar to prevent unwanted backflow. These features let designers assign separate pressure thresholds for forward and reverse movement inside compact manifolds.
The unit handles 350 bar on ports A and X and 420 bar on port B, giving it the strength needed for high-pressure actuators. Maximum flow is 80 l/min, so the valve can serve medium-capacity pumps without excessive pressure drop. It is intended for mineral oils classified HL or HLP according to DIN 51524, and it remains functional with viscosities between 10 mm²/s and 800 mm²/s. Acceptable fluid temperature spans from −20 °C to +80 °C, matching the range typically seen in mobile and industrial hydraulics. Cleanliness must not exceed ISO 4406(c) 20/18/15 to preserve poppet seating integrity and extend service life. These operating limits define the conditions in which the FD12KA2X/B00V12 can provide reliable one-way flow control in demanding hydraulic machinery.
