EML eLion Low Voltage Motors

The EML eLion Low Voltage Motors series is a family of Bosch Rexroth motors for 96 V off-highway electric drive systems. The series is built for medium-power mobile-machine functions such as traction, implements, and swing drives, and is offered in one motor diameter with multiple standard lengths to cover different performance requirements. Across the range, the motors use liquid cooling, resolver feedback, and a design rated for harsh environments with high ingress protection, shock resistance, vibration resistance, and operation from -40 °C to +100 °C. The platform also uses standardized mechanical interfaces, including SAE flanges and standardized hub and spline shaft connections, to simplify connection to axles, pumps, and gearboxes. The series is intended for low-voltage off-highway applications that need compact motor integration, durable construction, and strong efficiency across a broad operating range.
