EDL Low Voltage Inverters

The EDL Low Voltage Inverters series is a family of Bosch Rexroth inverters for 96 VDC off-highway electric drive systems. The series is designed for traction and implement functions in mobile machines and combines liquid-cooled power electronics with nominal current classes of 300, 350, and 400 A and continuous motor power up to 42 kW. Across the range, the inverters communicate over CAN J1939 with integrated UDS services and are built for harsh operating conditions with IP65 protection, resistance to shock and vibration, and overload capability up to twice nominal current. The platform also integrates functional safety features including Safe Torque Off up to PL d and an active motor phase short circuit for overvoltage protection. The series is intended for low-voltage machine electrification where robust inverter control, mobile durability, and safety-related drive functions are required.
