The Bosch Rexroth DZC-2-5X/315XY/12 is part of the DZ Pressure Sequence Valves series. This cartridge valve features an adjustment type with a sleeve and hex cap. It operates at a maximum counter pressure and maximum operating pressure of 315 bar at ports Y and X. The set pressure is also rated at 315 bar. The valve uses NBR as its seal material and weighs 1.2 kg. Mounting is accomplished with four M8 x 40 screws tightened to 31 Nm, and the installation position can be any orientation. Both the pilot oil supply and return are external, with a G1/4 thread on port Y. The valve is manufactured to a cleanliness class of 20/18/15 in accordance with ISO 4406.
