The DZ6DP2-5X/315YM/12 sequence valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth for integration into hydraulic automation circuits. The valve is direct-operated and carries a nominal size of 6, giving short response times in compact blocks. Pilot oil is taken internally while pilot oil is returned externally, simplifying plumbing yet preventing backflow into control galleries. Pressure setting is made with a grub screw that has a hexagon recess and a protective cap, permitting field adjustment without tool slippage or contamination. The flow path accommodates up to 60 l/min, which supports medium-duty cylinders and motor groups without excessive pressure drop. Port T is allowed to see no more than 160 bar, protecting return passages from overload. NBR sealing elements contain hydraulic oil and maintain integrity across rated temperatures while supporting the ISO 4406 20/18/15 cleanliness requirement for spool movement. Because the valve is not equipped with a check valve, designers must add external non-return units when reverse flow blocking is required.
