The BM6SN-1X/08A2-12RCS manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the BM Manifold Blocks series. It routes hydraulic flow for automation circuits that use stackable directional control valves. The block supports eight valve stations configured in a series circuit, so flow passes sequentially from one station to the next. Each station follows the D03 (NG6) mounting pattern, and adjoining subplates are spaced 2.13 inches apart to match standard valve bodies. Overall length is 17.00 inches, providing space for all ports and cavities. Pressure and tank connections use 7/8-14 SAE-10 threads, while work ports A and B are machined to 3/4-16 SAE-8 to connect cylinder lines. A gauge port threaded 9/16-18 SAE-6 is provided for pressure monitoring at the upstream gallery.
Relief protection is accommodated by a Sun T-10A cavity drilled in the nose position of the pressure gallery. Two mounting holes tapped 5/16-18 to a depth of 0.45 inches let the block secure directly to a machine frame, and a mounting kit ships with the unit to simplify installation. Auxiliary taps of 10-24 with a 0.50-inch depth are available for attaching brackets or sensors without affecting the fluid path. These features complete the functional layout of the BM6SN-1X/08A2-12RCS manifold block, allowing it to integrate pressure control, valve mounting, and mechanical fastening in a compact hydraulic manifold.
