The BM6SN-1X/07A2-12RCS manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the BM Manifold Blocks series. It distributes oil to multiple directional valves in hydraulic automation systems and follows a series, normal flow circuit to keep pressure drop predictable. The assembly supports seven stations in nominal size D03 (NG6) so a user can mount up to seven subplate-mounted valves on 2.13 in centers. Main pressure enters through a 7/8-14 (SAE-10) pressure port, exits to tank through a matching 7/8-14 (SAE-10) port, and feeds work lines through 3/4-16 (SAE-8) A and B ports. Test points are provided by a 9/16-18 (SAE-6) gauge port for convenient troubleshooting. All twelve service connections use the SAE threaded port style, and a Sun T-10A cavity positioned in the nose accepts a relief insert for system over-pressure protection.
The block can be ordered in 6061-T6 aluminum when weight is critical, allowing working pressures to 3000 psi, or in 65-45-12 ductile iron when applications require up to 5000 psi. Valve attachment relies on 10-24 threads while the body secures to machinery with 5/16-18 manifold mounting threads, enabling straightforward installation without adapters. Clear station spacing together with the series flow path helps designers build compact power units yet retain service access. Each port lands flush to reduce pressure losses, and the dual material option ensures compatibility with both mobile and industrial hydraulic standards.
