BM6SN-1X/07A2-12RCI

The BM6SN-1X/07A2-12RCI manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the BM Manifold Blocks series. It serves as a mounting base that joins multiple directional control valves into a single hydraulic assembly for compact power unit design. The block follows nominal size 6 (D03) so it accepts NG6 valve interfaces. Seven stations are machined into the rail, allowing up to seven valve sections to be installed for sequential or parallel machine functions. A valve spacing of 2.13 in keeps adjacent components clear while maintaining a narrow footprint. Each valve is secured through 10-24 x 0.50 in DP mounting threads that achieve proper clamp force without damaging the aluminum body. The internal passages are arranged for series normal flow, and lateral A2 actuator ports route work lines to the side of the manifold for straightforward hose connection.

SAE thread practice is used throughout the block to simplify pipe fittings across the installation. The A and B work ports are tapped 3/4-16 (SAE-8) so standard size 8 tube fittings can be attached without adapters. Pressure and tank connections share 7/8-14 (SAE-10) threads, giving a larger flow area on inlet and return lines. A 9/16-18 (SAE-6) gauge port permits direct attachment of diagnostic instruments for circuit measurement. A relief cavity machined to the industry-common 10-2 (RCI) form lets a cartridge relief valve be inserted for pressure protection. Four 5/16-18 x 0.45 in DP manifold mounting threads secure the block to the machine frame, and the overall length of 14.88 in provides ample space for the drilled galleries while remaining manageable in crowded power unit layouts.
