The BM6SN-1X/06A2-12RCS manifold block is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth and belongs to the BM Manifold Blocks series. It distributes hydraulic fluid in series flow between six valve stations, forming a compact base for directional control assemblies. The body is machined from aluminum 6061-T6, providing low weight and corrosion resistance suited for mobile or industrial power units. A maximum working pressure of 3000 psi permits use in medium-pressure circuits common in press or tooling actuators. Six stations accommodate D03 size valves, and a 2.13 in spacing keeps those valves within a narrow footprint to minimize piping runs. Normal flow is arranged in series, so oil moves sequentially from the P gallery to each station and then to the return port. All ports follow SAE threaded style 12, simplifying hose selection across the installation.
The block provides 3/4-16 SAE-8 threaded A and B work ports and 7/8-14 SAE-10 threaded P and T galleries to standardize tube fittings for pressure and tank lines. A 9/16-18 SAE-6 gauge port allows direct pressure monitoring without external tees. Overall length is 12.75 in, leaving room for internal galleries while still fitting inside common power-unit envelopes. For mounting to machine frames, 5/16-18 tapped holes 0.45 in deep are provided on the underside, and individual valves secure with 10-24 tapped holes 0.50 in deep at each station. A Sun T-10A relief cavity is integrated so a cartridge valve can be installed for over-pressure protection without additional blocks.
