The BM6SN-1X/06A2-12RCI is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the BM Manifold Blocks series and directs hydraulic oil between multiple directional valves in automated machinery. It uses a series, normal flow circuit so fluid passes sequentially through each station before returning to tank. Six valve stations are available, providing a single body solution for complex circuits without additional plumbing. A D03 (NG6) mounting pattern matches widely used directional valves for straightforward attachment. Valves are spaced 2.13 in apart to maintain clearance for fittings and electrical coils. Each station adds 2.13 in to the block length, and the full Dimension A of 12.75 in keeps the assembly compact for crowded manifolds. The housing is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, reducing weight while resisting corrosion. All external ports use SAE threaded connections to standardize hose ends and sealing hardware.
The A and B work ports are sized SAE-8 (3/4-16) so medium-flow actuator lines can be attached without adaptors. Pressure and tank connections are provided in SAE-10 (7/8-14) to accommodate larger return and supply hoses. A dedicated gauge port tapped SAE-6 (9/16-18) allows service personnel to read line pressure, and its placement on the side in line with the D03 layout gives unobstructed access. The manifold is rated for 3000 psi operating pressure, supporting typical industrial and mobile systems. Two 5/16-18 holes, each 0.45 in deep, secure the block to a mounting surface to resist vibration. Individual valves are fastened by 10-24 screws threaded 0.50 in into the body, ensuring proper gasket compression. An industry-standard 10-2 relief cavity is included so a cartridge relief valve can be installed for over-pressure protection.
