The BM6SN-1X/05A2-12RCS manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth as part of the BM Manifold Blocks series and serves as a distribution point in hydraulic automation circuits. Its internal gallery follows a series, normal-flow configuration that directs pressure from one station to the next. The body is machined from Aluminum 6061-T6 for reduced weight and corrosion resistance. Five valve stations run along the 10.63 in overall length, each drilled to the D03 (NG6) pattern. Valves fasten with 10-24 x 0.50 in deep screws and sit on 2.13 in centers to maintain uniform spacing. All service ports use the SAE (UN/UNF) thread standard to align with common hydraulic fittings.
The block accepts system pressure and return lines through 7/8-14 SAE-10 P and T ports, while work ports A and B are tapped 3/4-16 SAE-8 for cylinder connections. A 9/16-18 SAE-6 gauge port provides a point for pressure monitoring. Two 5/16-18 holes drilled 0.45 in deep let the manifold mount securely to a machine frame. A Sun T-10A relief cavity with the P port in the nose is included so a cartridge valve can limit pressure inside the assembly. These features simplify installation and support dependable flow management in automated hydraulic machinery.
