BM6SN-1X/05A2-12RCI

The BM6SN-1X/05A2-12RCI manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the BM Manifold Blocks series and distributes hydraulic flow in automated machinery through a series circuit arrangement. It contains five stations so up to five directional control valves can be installed along the common pressure passage. The mounting interface follows the D03 (NG6) size, letting standard CETOP 03 valves bolt directly onto the surface. Each station is separated by 2.13 in of valve spacing to clear coil housings and wiring. The valve bodies secure with 10-24 UNC screws which match the tapped holes provided in the block. All process ports are cut to the SAE thread standard, and the A and B work ports use 3/4-16 SAE-8 threads to attach high-pressure actuator lines.

System connections on the opposite side support ancillary functions and return flow. The pressure and tank passages terminate in 7/8-14 SAE-10 threads to accept larger hose fittings and minimize pressure drop. A dedicated gauge port labeled GA employs a 9/16-18 SAE-6 thread so a pressure transducer can be installed without extra adapters, and this port designation is fixed as GA for clarity during maintenance. A 10-2 relief cavity is machined into the block to house a cartridge valve that limits system pressure locally. The body anchors to a machine frame through 5/16-18 UNC manifold mounting holes which align with common sub-plates. These features complete the hydraulic routing tasks assigned to the block while keeping all connections within the standardized SAE scheme.
