The BM6SN-1X/04A2-12RCS manifold block belongs to the BM Manifold Blocks series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth. It centralizes flow paths for hydraulic automation by letting multiple directional valves share a common pressure supply and return. The block is built from Aluminum 6061-T6 to provide a favorable strength-to-weight ratio in mobile or stationary installations. Its internal passages are arranged for series, normal flow operation so downstream stations receive supply flow in a defined order. The mounting surface conforms to the D03 (NG6) pattern, enabling direct installation of standard size NG6 directional valves. Working pressure is permitted up to 3000 psi so the unit suits medium-pressure systems. The A and B service ports are threaded 3/4-16 UNF (SAE-8) for cylinder connections, while the pressure and tank galleries exit through 7/8-14 UNF (SAE-10) ports, and a gauge port is available at 9/16-18 UNF (SAE-6) for pressure monitoring.
Installation details are provided by two 5/16-18 mounting holes drilled 0.45 in deep so the block can be secured to a subplate or machine frame. Four valve stations are machined into the manifold, allowing up to four NG6 directional valves to be configured in line. All external ports follow SAE O-ring threads and are grouped under port style code 12 to standardize seal hardware across the circuit. A Sun T-10A relief cavity is machined in the pressure nose to accept a cartridge that limits system pressure internally. Each valve pad is tapped 10-24 to a depth of 0.50 in for fastening the directional valves, and the center-to-center spacing between adjacent pads is 2.13 in to preserve clearance for coil housings.
