BM6PN-XX/12A2-01

The BM6PN-XX/12A2-01 manifold block belongs to the BM Manifold Blocks series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation assemblies. It accepts size D03 directional control valves, an interface size classified as size 6, providing compatibility with widely used solenoid or spool valves. The internal circuit follows a parallel normal-flow arrangement so each station receives full pump flow without interaction. Constructed from Aluminum 6061-T6, it presents a good strength-to-weight ratio for mobile or stationary installations. The housing withstands a maximum operating pressure of 3000 psi, allowing use in medium-pressure circuits. A pair of service ports labeled A and B are threaded 3/4-16 to the SAE-8 pattern, giving each work line adequate flow capacity for actuators. The pressure and tank ports use a larger 7/8-14 SAE-10 thread so the block can admit pump flow and return fluid with minimal restriction. A gauge connection is provided through a 9/16-18 SAE-6 Ga port, enabling pressure monitoring at the manifold. Four manifold mounting taps sized 5/16-18 and 0.45 in deep let the block be fastened securely to a subplate or machine frame, while valve mounting taps of 10-24 x 0.50 in secure each valve to the surface without additional adapters.
