BM6PN-1X/10D2-12

The BM6PN-1X/10D2-12 manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the BM Manifold Blocks series and routes pressurized fluid to multiple valve stations in hydraulic automation. It is built around a parallel circuit, allowing every station to receive supply pressure independently so simultaneous operations are not restricted by upstream flow. The flow type is described as normal, meaning internal galleries do not alter direction or priority before reaching the mounted valves. A body cast from ductile iron grade 65-45-12 provides tensile strength and fatigue resistance needed for continuous service. A maximum working pressure of 5000 psi supports high-pressure mobile or industrial loops. The block offers ten stations to consolidate several directional functions in one assembly. A and B work ports are tapped 9/16-18 UN (SAE-6) for common hose fittings, while P and T service ports use 1-1/16-12 UN (SAE-12) to accommodate higher return flow.

Port style 12 in accordance with SAE sizing keeps inlet, work, and tank connections consistent across the installation and simplifies hose selection. The valve interface complies with ISO 4401-03 (D03), allowing standard sub-plate directional valves to mount directly without adapters. Each valve is fastened by 1/4-20 UNC screws threaded 0.75 in deep, which prevents loosening during pressure cycling. Centers between valve cavities are fixed at 2.13 in, keeping spool overlap positions accurate and leaving clearance for coil housings. The manifold itself attaches to a machine frame through 3/8-16 UNC holes 0.75 in deep, providing a rigid base that resists vibration. Together, these mechanical details complement the earlier pressure and material ratings to deliver stable and repeatable control in automated hydraulic equipment.
