The BM6PN-1X/10A2-12 manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the BM Manifold Blocks series for distributing hydraulic flow to multiple actuators. It is machined from Aluminum 6061-T6 and employs a parallel flow circuit so every station receives the same pressure and return path. Ten stations are available for D03 (size 6) directional valves, secured with 10-24 screws driven 0.50 inches deep and positioned 2.13 inches apart. System pressure and tank lines connect through SAE-10 (7/8-14) ports to supply the entire valve group with adequate flow.
A and B work ports are threaded to SAE-8 (3/4-16) while the gauge port is SAE-6 (9/16-18), allowing direct attachment of common hydraulic fittings. The block mounts to equipment frames with 5/16-18 bolts that seat 0.45 inches into the base, and all ports follow the SAE style 12 thread form for compatibility across fittings. It handles operating pressures up to 3000 psi and includes no internal pressure isolation, relief cavity, or tank isolation, leaving those functions to external components. This arrangement keeps the manifold compact while providing standardized connection points for straightforward circuit assembly.
