The BM6PN-1X/08D2-12RCS manifold block is part of the BM Manifold Blocks series from Bosch Rexroth and routes hydraulic oil to multiple directional valves within an automation circuit. It employs a parallel circuit so every station shares the supply line without pressure loss, a layout suited to synchronized actuator motion across the eight available stations. A normal flow pattern feeds pressure to each D03 (NG6) valve interface, and 2.13 in spacing between interfaces leaves adequate room for coil clearance while keeping the manifold length short. The block is machined from ductile iron 65-45-12 to withstand harsh duty, and port style 12 standardizes all external connections as SAE threaded fittings.
A 3/4-16 UNF SAE-8 thread is assigned to the A and B work ports to match typical cylinder hose ends, while the pressure and tank lines use 7/8-14 UNF SAE-10 threads to accommodate higher flow. The gauge port is tapped 9/16-18 UNF SAE-6 so a test instrument can be installed without adapters. Four 5/16-18 UNC mounting holes secure the block to a frame and keep the 5000 psi maximum operating pressure within safe limits. For over-pressure protection, an RCS cavity equivalent to Sun T-10A is machined in the nose of the P gallery, allowing a cartridge relief valve to be fitted directly at the inlet.
