The BM6PN-1X/08D2-12/P5-6 manifold block belongs to the BM Manifold Blocks series produced by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation. It distributes pressure and return flow to multiple directional control valves in a parallel circuit. The block provides eight stations arranged on 2.13 in centers so D03 (size 6) valves can be installed without interference. Its body is cast from ductile iron grade 65-45-12, allowing continuous operation at pressures up to 5000 psi. Primary pressure (P) and tank (T) connections use 7/8-14 SAE-10 straight threads, while the A and B work ports are tapped 3/4-16 SAE-8 to match common hose ends.
Valve sections are fastened with 10-24 screws that seat 0.50 in deep, and the manifold attaches to a frame with 5/16-18 bolts engaging 0.45 in deep mounting holes. All external connections follow port style 12, meaning each cavity is a straight-thread boss sealed by an O-ring. A dedicated Ga gauge port with 9/16-18 SAE-6 threads lets maintenance staff read line pressure without disturbing service lines. Pressure isolation hardware is positioned between stations 5 and 6 so the downstream group can be isolated from the upstream circuit when needed. This arrangement meets the requirement for pressure isolation designated "P" and completes the interface features required for compact hydraulic panels.
