The BM6PN-1X/08D2-12/P3-4 manifold block is part of the BM Manifold Blocks series from Bosch Rexroth. It serves as a mounting and distribution platform in hydraulic automation, routing supply, pressure, and return lines to multiple directional control valves. This model is machined from ductile iron graded 65-45-12 to provide strength for systems up to 5000 psi. The block follows a parallel, normal flow circuit so each valve receives the same pressure without sequencing. Eight valve stations are available, allowing compact integration of D03 size directional valves. Each station is spaced 2.13 in apart to maintain standard clearance for coils and fittings. The valve bodies attach with 10-24 screws that seat to a depth of 0.50 in, ensuring secure retention without stripping the threads.
The manifold measures 17.00 in in length, providing a rigid base that aligns with standard cabinet footprints. Installation to machine frames uses 5/16-18 mounting holes tapped to 0.45 in depth so standard cap screws can be applied. All ports follow the SAE threaded style to unify hose and tube fittings throughout the circuit. The A and B work ports are tapped 3/4-16 UNF (SAE-8) to accept lines that feed actuators, while the P and T supply and return ports use 7/8-14 UNF (SAE-10) for higher flow from pump and reservoir. A pressure isolation value of 3-4 between stations limits internal cross talk and helps maintain consistent control when adjacent valves shift.
