BM6PN-1X/08D2-12/P1-2

The BM6PN-1X/08D2-12/P1-2 is a manifold block in the BM Manifold Blocks series produced by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation assemblies. It organizes flow paths for directional control valves and supports parallel supply circuits in compact machine layouts. The manifold accepts a D03 (NG6) valve interface so standard subplate-mounted directional valves can be fitted directly. Eight stations are available, allowing up to eight valves to be installed for multi-actuator systems. Its circuit type is parallel normal flow, meaning each station receives pressure from a common gallery without flow sharing restrictions. The body is cast from ductile iron grade 65-45-12 to provide high tensile strength and vibration resistance. Continuous service up to 5000 psi is supported, matching the pressure rating of most industrial hydraulic pumps. Port style 12 under the SAE classification defines the counterbore geometry so fittings seat correctly. Valve pads are spaced 2.13 in apart to clear solenoids and wiring while keeping the manifold length compact.

Work connections are provided through 3/4-16 SAE-8 threads at the A and B ports, giving sufficient cross section for actuator flow rates. The pressure and tank galleries exit through 7/8-14 SAE-10 ports so pump supply and return lines can be attached with minimal restriction. A 9/16-18 SAE-6 gauge port lets technicians install a pressure gauge for circuit monitoring without additional adapters. A pressure isolation 1–2 option is included, allowing the first two stations to be blocked from system pressure during maintenance or test procedures. The base is secured to mounting rails using 5/16-18 x 0.45 in deep manifold mount threads, and each valve is fastened with 10-24 x 0.50 in deep screws to hold the subplates against the sealing surfaces. Together these threaded interfaces simplify installation and ensure stable operation under vibration and high load.
