The BM6PN-1X/08A2-12RCS manifold block belongs to the BM Manifold Blocks series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth to distribute hydraulic flow in automated machinery. Its aluminum 6061-T6 body provides corrosion resistance and a favorable weight-to-strength ratio, while a maximum working pressure of 3000 psi allows use in medium-pressure systems. Eight stations let designers attach multiple directional valves on a shared supply, and the internal passages are arranged in a parallel circuit so every station receives full system pressure simultaneously. Primary pressure and return enter through 7/8-14 UNF (SAE-10) P and T ports to handle higher flow rates, while 3/4-16 UNF (SAE-8) A and B ports connect work lines directly to cylinders. A 9/16-18 UNF (SAE-6) Ga port is provided for gauges or pilot functions that require a smaller connection. A Sun T-10A relief cavity machined in the nose allows a cartridge to limit pressure inside the block, eliminating external piping. Directional valves are secured by 10-24 UNC threads cut 0.50 in deep, and the entire manifold mounts to the machine frame with 5/16-18 UNC bolts seated 0.45 in deep. The chosen thread set and Code 12 port style simplify installation, reduce the number of adapters, and help maintain leak-free operation throughout the hydraulic automation circuit.
