The BM6PN-1X/08A2-12/P1-2 manifold block is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth and belongs to the BM Manifold Blocks series. It forms the distribution core in hydraulic automation, allowing multiple directional valves to share a common pressure and tank line. The block is built from Aluminum 6061-T6 to combine strength with low mass. Its nominal size of 6, equivalent to the D03 mounting pattern, aligns each station with standard NG6 valve footprints. Eight stations are available, so up to eight valves can be installed without additional sub-plates. Each station is separated by 2.13 in, providing clearance for coil housings and service tools. A parallel circuit layout feeds the pressure gallery equally to every station, and the normal flow orientation maintains conventional P-A-B-T paths within the casting. Working pressure is rated at 3000 psi, enabling the block to handle common industrial power levels. Cylinder ports A and B terminate in 3/4-16 SAE-8 threads to accept matching tube or hose adapters.
Supplementary connections complete the interface scheme. The pressure and tank galleries exit through 7/8-14 SAE-10 threads, offering larger flow capacity for the main supply and return. A 9/16-18 SAE-6 gauge port is included so system pressure can be monitored without tee fittings. All threaded interfaces conform to SAE Style 12, ensuring compatibility with standard straight-thread O-ring fittings. For mounting, the body provides 5/16-18 tapped holes to a depth of 0.45 in, letting the manifold secure directly to a machine plate. Each valve is fastened separately with 10-24 screws that seat to a depth of 0.50 in, holding the sub-plate firmly against the seal lands. This arrangement keeps installation compact while avoiding long through-bolts.
