The BM6PN-1X/07D2-12RCS manifold block belongs to the BM Manifold Blocks series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation systems that distribute flow to multiple directional valves. It offers seven stations so a single pressure supply can serve several actuators in parallel. The internal circuit is a parallel layout, allowing each station to receive the same inlet pressure without sequence dependence, while a normal-flow gallery keeps losses low. Directional valves fasten to an ISO 4401-03 (D03) mounting face, held by 10-24 UNC screws on 2.13 in centers, so common NFPA D03 valves fit directly. A Sun T-10A relief cavity with pressure fed through the nose lets designers add a cartridge relief without an external tee. Together these features permit compact assembly of multiple D03 valves with integrated pressure protection.
Ports follow SAE sizing to simplify hose selection; A and B work ports use 3/4-16 UNF (SAE-8) threads and the common P and T gallery ports use 7/8-14 UNF (SAE-10), while a 9/16-18 UNF (SAE-6) gauge port allows pressure monitoring at the inlet. All connector openings share Port Style 12, giving uniform spot-face dimensions for standard o-ring sealing. The body secures to frames with 5/16-18 UNC bolts that pass through dedicated mounting holes. No pressure isolation is provided, so every station is directly linked to the main pressure passage, and there is no tank isolation, meaning all return flow combines internally before exiting the T port. These characteristics yield a straightforward manifold for centralized valve mounting where simultaneous supply and unrestricted return are acceptable.
