The BM6PN-1X/07D2-12RCR manifold block is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the BM Manifold Blocks series and routes oil to several actuators in hydraulic automation. It uses a bar manifold layout, giving each passage a straight, compact path that simplifies mounting along machine frames. A parallel circuit supplies identical inlet pressure to every station so each connected valve behaves consistently. Seven stations are provided, letting a single block carry up to seven valve sections and reducing external piping. The stations are set on 2.13 in centerlines, maintaining uniform spacing that matches standard sub-plates. A D03 size 6 valve interface is machined into each position, allowing widely used directional valves to bolt directly to the block without adapters.

The block is cast from 65-45-12 ductile iron, a material that resists impact and carries high tensile loads. This strength supports continuous operation at pressures up to 5000 psi, making the component suitable for heavy-duty circuits. Every working port follows the SAE thread form, and style 12 sizing provides an internal diameter that balances flow capacity with compact envelope dimensions. Keeping a single thread standard across all connections shortens assembly time and reduces fitting errors; it also keeps pressure losses predictable when circuits are expanded. A blackened surface finish limits corrosion and reduces reflected light, helping maintain the manifold during routine service.
