BM6PN-1X/07D2-12RCI

The BM6PN-1X/07D2-12RCI manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the BM Manifold Blocks series and acts as a mounting platform for directional control valves in hydraulic automation. It is machined from ductile iron rated 65-45-12, giving the body a high tensile strength for demanding service. A blackened ductile iron finish adds corrosion resistance without altering dimensional accuracy. The block is configured for D03 (NG6) valves so standard size components drop straight into place. Internal passages follow a parallel circuit, allowing normal flow to every station without cross-talk. Seven stations are provided, each separated by a 2.13 in pitch to keep the overall length compact while maintaining wrench clearance for installation.

The manifold uses port style 12 with SAE threaded inlets and outlets so hoses attach directly with straight thread fittings. All hydraulic ports follow the SAE straight thread standard to ensure leak-free sealing with O-ring bosses. A common 10-2 relief cavity designated RCI is included so a single relief valve can protect all stations through a shared passage. The ductile iron body is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 5000 psi, allowing the block to operate in high-pressure circuits. A mounting kit is included, enabling the manifold to be secured to machine structures and aligning the valve stack precisely during assembly.
