The BM6PN-1X/07D2-12/P6-7 is a manifold block produced by Bosch Rexroth within the BM Manifold Blocks series. It serves as a base for mounting ISO 4401-03-02 (D03) directional valves, enabling centralized flow routing in hydraulic automation. The block is machined from ductile iron grade 65-45-12, giving it strength for systems that run at pressures up to 5000 psi. All passageways follow a parallel circuit layout so each station receives the same supply pressure without internal series losses. Normal flow paths are maintained, which simplifies troubleshooting and preserves predictable pressure drop. Primary P and T lines terminate in 7/8-14 SAE-10 ports, while work A and B lines are provided through 3/4-16 SAE-8 connections; both sizes use SAE threaded geometry to match common hose fittings. The manifold is supplied without a relief valve cavity, so pressure limitation must be handled externally.
Seven valve pads are spaced 2.13 in apart, giving the assembly sufficient room for coils and elbow adapters while keeping the overall length to 15.50 in. The pressure isolation feature between positions six and seven lets that final pad run a separate circuit segment when needed for auxiliary actuators. A 9/16-18 SAE-6 gauge port provides a direct measurement point for system pressure checks during commissioning or troubleshooting. All threaded openings conform to port style 12 (SAE), so O-ring boss fittings seat uniformly and simplify inventory of connection hardware. An included mounting kit contains through-bolts and locating pins that align the block on a bracket or machine frame, eliminating the need for custom fasteners and reducing installation time.
