BM6PN-1X/07D2-12/P3-4

The BM6PN-1X/07D2-12/P3-4 manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the BM Manifold Blocks series. It routes pressure, tank, and work flows to several directional valves in hydraulic automation assemblies. Seven stations are available so up to seven D03 size 6 valve modules can be mounted on the same base and controlled independently. Uniform station spacing of 2.13 in keeps bolt patterns consistent and leaves room for coil clearance during service. The block follows a parallel normal-flow circuit, meaning every valve receives pump flow directly from a shared gallery rather than in series. All ports are cut with SAE O-Ring threads to the J1926 standard, sealing elastomer rings against the spot-faced shoulder and limiting leakage during rapid cycling.

A and B work outlets are tapped to SAE-8 (3/4-16) so standard braided hoses or tube adapters connect to cylinders without extra sleeves. The main pressure and tank passages use SAE-12 (1-1/16-12) threads, providing a larger flow area that reduces velocity and pressure drop in high-demand systems. A GA diagnostic port in SAE-6 (9/16-18) size gives technicians a fixed location for attaching test gauges when commissioning or troubleshooting. Internal cross-drilling introduces pressure isolation between stations three and four, enabling those two groups to be powered down or pressurized separately for maintenance checks while others stay online. Together, these port provisions let the BM6PN-1X/07D2-12/P3-4 handle multi-actuator workstations with minimal external plumbing.
