The BM6PN-1X/07D2-12/P2-3 manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the BM Manifold Blocks series and distributes hydraulic oil to multiple directional valves in automated machinery. The unit uses a parallel normal-flow circuit so each path receives equal supply pressure. Seven stations are machined into the body to accept size 03 valves, and each station is separated by a 2.13 in spacing dimension. The interface follows the D03 (ISO 4401-03) pattern to keep installation consistent with standard subplates. System ports A and B are tapped 3/4-16 SAE-8, while pump and tank connections use 7/8-14 SAE-10; both port groups comply with the SAE thread standard for hose fittings.
Valve bodies are clamped with 10-24 UNC screws that engage 0.50 in deep, and the manifold itself bolts to a frame through 5/16-18 UNC holes that are 0.45 in deep. Pressure isolation is provided between stations 2–3 so maintenance can be performed on downstream sections without shutting down the entire assembly. A gauge port sized 9/16-18 SAE-6 offers a convenient test point for circuit diagnostics. The aluminum body measures 14.88 in long, giving internal passage room for the required flow rates. A mounting kit is included to supply the necessary studs, seals, and hardware for immediate installation.
