The BM6PN-1X/07D2-12/P1-2 manifold block belongs to the BM Manifold Blocks series from Bosch Rexroth and provides a compact base for hydraulic automation circuits. It is machined from ductile iron 65-45-12 so the body withstands high internal loads. The design offers 7 stations, allowing multiple directional valves to share a common pressure gallery. A total length of 14.88 in keeps the seven-station assembly short for panel mounting. D03 (Size 6) valve cavities are used so widely available NG6 valves can be installed without adapters. A valve spacing of 2.13 in reserves coil clearance and service access. Pressure isolation is present between stations 1 and 2, preventing pressure transfer when those sections run different functions. The internal passages follow a parallel circuit with normal flow, letting each station receive the same supply pressure.
Each valve is fixed with 10-24 × 0.50 in deep screws, keeping the cartridges seated during shock loads. The block is secured to equipment frames through 5/16-18 × 0.45 in deep mounting holes so vibration does not loosen the assembly. System pressure and return lines connect through 7/8-14 SAE-10 threads on the P and T ports to handle high flow. Work ports A and B are threaded 3/4-16 SAE-8 for direct connection to actuator lines, while a 9/16-18 SAE-6 gauge port provides a convenient test point. All port interfaces follow the SAE Code 12 thread standard to simplify hose selection. The manifold tolerates working pressures up to 5000 psi, making it suitable for demanding industrial machines. Together these mechanical and hydraulic interfaces allow secure installation and reliable fluid distribution.
