The BM6PN-1X/07A2-12RCS manifold block belongs to the BM Manifold Blocks series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation where multiple directional valves share a common pressure line. It employs a parallel circuit to deliver normal flow to every station, maintaining equal supply across all attached valves. Seven stations are provided so several actuators can be controlled from a single block. Each valve interface follows the D03 (NG06) size, and the 2.13 in spacing keeps solenoid bodies from interfering with one another. Aluminum 6061-T6 is used for the body, giving good corrosion resistance while keeping weight low for easier installation. Pump and tank connections use 7/8-14 (SAE-10) threads, and actuator lines connect through 3/4-16 (SAE-8) threads to match common hose fittings. Four 5/16-18 x 0.45 in mounting screws secure the manifold to a machine frame. SAE port style 12 is standard, but NPT 05 or BSPP 01 ports can be specified to match regional plumbing practices.
