BM6PN-1X/07A2-12

The BM6PN-1X/07A2-12 manifold block belongs to the BM Manifold Blocks series produced by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation circuits. Its body is machined from Aluminum 6061-T6 to supply adequate strength while keeping weight low. A parallel circuit layout feeds each station from a common pressure gallery, and the internal galleries follow a normal flow path so directional valves can operate without cross-flow complications. The block tolerates a maximum operating pressure of 3000 psi, making it suitable for most industrial power units. Seven valve stations are provided, and each interface is spaced 2.13 in apart for clearance when stacking coils or pilot lines. There is no isolation between stations, which minimizes internal components and pressure drops.

The manifold accepts D03 valves using the ISO 4401-03-02 mounting interface, allowing rapid interchange of common solenoid or pilot-operated spools. Fluid ports employ SAE threaded connections described as Port Style 12, giving installers a single standard for hoses and rigid lines. Because no relief cavity is machined into the body, system over-pressure protection must be added externally. A complete mounting kit is included so the block can be secured to a machine frame or sub-plate without extra hardware. The absence of isolation cavities simplifies maintenance and flush routines. All unused stations remain open for future circuit expansion within the seven-station limit.
