The BM6PN-1X/06D2-12RCS manifold block belongs to Bosch Rexroth’s BM Manifold Blocks series and distributes hydraulic flow to multiple directional control valves in automated systems. It provides six stations so up to six NG6 valves can be grouped on one base, and a parallel circuit design supplies each station with independent inlet flow. The mounting interface follows ISO 4401-03-02 (NG6/CETOP 03), ensuring direct compatibility with standardized valve footprints. Stations are laid out on 2.13 in centers to maintain a compact envelope, and all external connections rely on SAE threaded ports to simplify hose and tube attachment.
The A and B work ports are tapped 3/4-16 SAE-8 for cylinder or motor lines, while the main pressure and tank ports use 7/8-14 SAE-10 threads to carry inlet and return flow. A 9/16-18 SAE-6 gauge port allows a pressure test point to be added for diagnostics. Each valve is retained with 10-24 UNC screws, providing a common hardware size for assembly and service. Four 5/16-18 UNC mounting holes in the base secure the block to a machine frame, keeping the manifold stable under system load.
