BM6PN-1X/06D2-12RCR

The BM6PN-1X/06D2-12RCR manifold block belongs to the BM Manifold Blocks series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation circuits. It groups six directional control valve stations in a compact body so multiple actuators can be fed from a single pressure supply. The block follows a parallel, normal flow circuit, which lets each valve receive full system pressure without interaction. It is built to the component series 1X, indicating the first design generation of this model. A nominal size of NG6 matches D03 valves for medium-flow applications. Six stations are machined into the ductile iron casting, and each interface meets ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 so standard sub-plate valves can be mounted directly. Stations are spaced 2.13 in apart to clear solenoids while keeping the assembly narrow. The casting withstands 5000 psi, allowing high-pressure machine operation.

System ports are threaded for straightforward pipe or hose connection. A 9/16-18 UNF gauge port (SAE-6) provides a test point for pressure monitoring near the valve bank. Work ports A and B use 3/4-16 UNF threads (SAE-8) so cylinder lines up to 1/2 in nominal size can be attached without adapters. Pressure and tank ports are threaded 1-1/16-12 UNF (SAE-12) to support the higher flow entering and leaving the manifold. All threaded connections follow the SAE-12 port style, simplifying fitting selection across the block. An internal cavity accepts a Rexroth DBDS6 relief cartridge, which allows over-pressure protection to be installed without external piping. Together these connection and safety features complete the manifold’s role as a centralized, high-pressure distribution point in industrial hydraulic systems.
