The BM6PN-1X/06D2-12RCI manifold block is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the BM Manifold Blocks series. It groups six size D03 (size 6) valve stations in a bar manifold format to distribute hydraulic flow in automated circuits. The body is cast from ductile iron grade 65-45-12 so it withstands demanding service. A parallel flow circuit keeps pressure available to each station, and the assembly is rated for up to 5000 psi to suit high-pressure actuators. The six stations are arranged along a 12.75 in block with 2.13 in valve spacing to maintain the standard mounting footprint. These features allow compact integration of directional valves while keeping line losses low.
Standard with SAE threads, the block presents SAE-10 (7/8-14) P and T ports for pump and tank lines, while SAE-8 (3/4-16) A and B working ports route flow to actuators. A dedicated SAE-6 (9/16-18) gauge connection permits pressure monitoring without disturbing the main lines. All ports share the SAE thread form to simplify hose selection. The manifold attaches to machinery through four 5/16-18 UNC mounting holes, and each valve is secured using 10-24 UNC screws in accordance with the D03 pattern. An Industry Common 10-2 relief cavity is machined into the body so a cartridge relief valve can protect the system from over-pressure. Together these connection details streamline installation in hydraulic automation panels.
