The BM6PN-1X/06D2-12/P2-3 manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth as part of the BM Manifold Blocks series and serves as a mounting base that streamlines multiple D03 directional control valves in hydraulic automation systems. It provides six stations configured for D03 (NG6) valves, with the stations spaced 2.13 in apart to fit standard subplates. The internal channels follow a parallel normal flow circuit so each valve receives supply pressure independently. Pressure isolation is provided between stations two and three, which helps segment separate actuator groups when required. The block is machined from ductile iron grade 65-45-12 to combine high strength with fracture resistance, and it tolerates system pressures up to 5000 psi without derating. Overall length is 12.75 in, which allows compact installation inside machine frames.
All working interfaces follow port style 12, meaning every connection is SAE threaded for compatibility with common tube fittings. The A and B service ports are tapped 3/4-16 (SAE-8) to carry return and pressure flow to each valve cavity, while the central P and T manifold passages terminate in 7/8-14 (SAE-10) threads for main pump and tank lines. An additional monitoring interface can be added because a 9/16-18 (SAE-6) gauge port thread is provided; however, the standard build ships without a gauge port installed. For secure attachment to machine frames, the body features 5/16-18 mounting holes drilled 0.45 in deep, and each valve is fixed with 10-24 screws that seat 0.50 in into the block.
