BM6PN-1X/06D2-12/P1-2

The BM6PN-1X/06D2-12/P1-2 manifold block is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth as part of the BM Manifold Blocks series. It serves as a base for hydraulic automation by grouping multiple directional control valves and distributing a common supply. The block accepts size 6 (D03) valves, allowing standardized replacement across stations. Flow is arranged in a parallel circuit, so each valve receives the same inlet pressure. Six stations are available for functional modules, and each station is spaced 2.13 in apart to provide wrench clearance. Valve bodies are fastened through 10-24 tapped holes to a depth of 0.50 in for secure mounting.

System piping attaches directly to the manifold through straight-thread ports. The pressure and return lines use 7/8-14 SAE-10 threads, while the A and B actuator ports are tapped 3/4-16 SAE-8 to suit common hose fittings. A dedicated 9/16-18 SAE-6 gauge port is provided so pressures can be checked during operation. The body is fixed to a panel or machine frame with 5/16-18 holes drilled 0.45 in deep, preventing movement when high forces act on the plumbing. All external connections follow port style 12, which specifies SAE straight-thread sealing for consistent, leak-free service across the installation.
