The BM6PN-1X/06A2-12RCI manifold block belongs to the BM Manifold Blocks series from Bosch Rexroth and distributes hydraulic flow to multiple control points in automated equipment. It is machined from Aluminum 6061-T6 for a balance of strength and light weight. Six stations accept D03 (size 6) valves, and the overall station length is 12.75 in to conserve panel space. Valve pockets are set on 2.13 in centers so fittings clear adjacent lines, and a parallel circuit layout supplies each station with identical flow paths. The body tolerates operating pressures up to 3000 psi, letting it support medium-pressure power units without additional reinforcement.
The manifold uses SAE threaded ports, Style 12, to standardize connections. Supply and return lines attach through 7/8-14 SAE-10 threads at the P and T ports, while actuator lines couple to 3/4-16 SAE-8 threads at the A and B ports. A 9/16-18 SAE-6 Ga port lets technicians install gauges for pressure checks. Mounting holes tapped 5/16-18 and 0.45 in deep secure the block to a machine frame, and each valve is fastened with 10-24 screws that engage 0.50 in into the manifold. An Industry Common 10-2 relief valve cavity (RCI) is integrated so pressure limiting hardware can be added without external piping, simplifying installation and service.
