The BM6PN-1X/06A2-12/P5-6 manifold block is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the BM Manifold Blocks series. Designed for hydraulic automation, it functions as a bar manifold with a parallel normal flow circuit that distributes pump and return paths uniformly across connected control valves. Six stations accept D03 (NG6/CETOP 3) directional valves, and each interface is spaced 2.13 in apart to maintain consistent clearance. The A and B work ports are threaded 3/4-16 UNF (SAE-8) to connect standard pressure lines, while a dedicated gauge port threaded 9/16-18 UNF (SAE-6) enables system monitoring. External connections follow the SAE threaded port standard coded as size 12 for compatibility with common hydraulic fittings.
Pump and tank lines attach through P and T ports sized 7/8-14 UNF (SAE-10), providing a larger flow path into the valve gallery. The manifold tolerates a maximum operating pressure of 3000 psi in the AL rating, and the DI rating increases that limit to 5000 psi for higher-pressure systems. A pressure isolation feature between stations 5 and 6 lets the final outlet be separated when independent sub-circuits are needed. An included mounting kit secures the block to machinery without extra hardware. These attributes establish a manifold that supports modular valve groups, maintains rated pressures, and integrates easily within automated hydraulic equipment.
