The BM6PN-1X/05D2-12/P4-5 manifold block is built by Bosch Rexroth within the BM Manifold Blocks series and routes pressure and return lines to directional valves in hydraulic automation systems. It employs a parallel, normal flow circuit so each station receives the same supply pressure for synchronized actuator response. Five stations are machined into the body, allowing up to five D03 (NG6) valves to be installed. Valves sit on 2.13 in centers to match standard subplates, and each unit is secured by #10-24 UNC mounting screws to maintain consistent clamping force. The general port style is coded as 12, identifying SAE straight-thread connections for compatibility with common hoses. The pressure inlet is tapped 7/8-14 UNF (SAE-10), providing ample flow capacity for medium-size circuits.
The tank return shares the 7/8-14 UNF (SAE-10) thread so line sizes remain uniform between supply and return. Individual service ports A and B are each tapped 3/4-16 UNF (SAE-8) to accommodate cylinder or motor lines with minimal pressure drop. A 9/16-18 UNF (SAE-6) gauge port lets technicians monitor system pressure without disturbing working lines. During installation the manifold attaches to the machine frame through 5/16-18 UNC mounting holes, giving rigid support under vibration. These combined port and mounting features create a consistent interface that speeds setup and maintenance while keeping flow paths short and direct.
