The BM6PN-1X/05D2-12/P3-4 manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the BM Manifold Blocks series. It supports hydraulic automation by providing a common mounting surface and flow paths for D03 directional control valves. The block operates with a parallel circuit in normal flow configuration so each valve station receives supply pressure independently. Five valve stations are spaced 2.13 inches apart to fit compact assemblies, and they conform to nominal size 6 mounting patterns. The body is cast from 65-45-12 ductile iron and is rated for 5000 psi maximum operating pressure, enabling use in high-pressure circuits.
The block includes pressure isolation located between stations 3 and 4, allowing those sections to be isolated without affecting the remaining stations. Ports follow style 12 with SAE threads in a normal flow arrangement to match standard hose and tube fittings. There is no relief cavity in the casting, so system over-pressure protection must be provided externally. A mounting kit is supplied to simplify installation on machinery frames or subplates. These design features complete the manifold’s specification set and confirm compatibility with modular valve stacks that require a parallel distribution path.
