The BM6PN-1X/05D2-12 manifold block belongs to the BM Manifold Blocks series from Bosch Rexroth and serves as a distribution point for hydraulic flow in automated machinery. It accepts D03 (NG6) directional control valves, and the five-station layout supplies up to five separate circuits through a parallel circuit so each valve sees pump pressure simultaneously. An overall length of 10.63 in accommodates the five pads while keeping the assembly compact, and a valve spacing of 2.13 in leaves adequate room for coil clearance and service tools. A standard SAE port style 12 thread pattern promotes interchangeability with existing hose kits. Actuator flow leaves and returns through 3/4-16 SAE-8 A and B ports, and the pump and tank lines connect to 7/8-14 SAE-10 P and T ports, allowing higher flow on the supply path.
A 9/16-18 SAE-6 gauge port lets technicians read circuit pressure without disturbing the main lines. The block anchors to a mounting surface with 5/16-18 UNC holes drilled 0.45 in deep, and each valve is fastened by 10-24 UNC screws engaging 0.50 in for secure retention under load. Two body materials are offered: 6061-T6 aluminum for lightweight installations and 65-45-12 ductile iron when higher mechanical strength is required. Working pressure is limited to 3000 psi on the aluminum version but rises to 5000 psi when the ductile iron body is selected, matching the needs of high-pressure systems. A complete mounting kit ships with the block so installers have the required fasteners on hand.
