The BM6PN-1X/05A2-12RCR manifold block is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the BM Manifold Blocks series and routes pump, tank, and work lines in hydraulic automation systems. The body is machined from Aluminum 6061-T6 to combine low weight with strength, and its galleries follow a parallel, normal flow circuit so each section receives an independent supply. Twelve SAE threaded ports are provided; the A and B work connections use 3/4-16 SAE-8 threads, the pump and tank entries use 7/8-14 SAE-10 threads, and a 9/16-18 SAE-6 gauge port permits pressure monitoring. The casting withstands up to 3000 psi without distortion, and an overall length of 10.63 in makes it suitable for compact power units.
Five valve stations follow the D03 (size 6) pattern, giving a standardized interface for directional controls. The stations are arranged with 2.13 in spacing, allowing valves to mount side by side while maintaining equal flow paths. Each valve is secured with 10-24 screws, and the block fastens to machinery through 5/16-18 mounting holes. An internal cavity accepts a Rexroth DBDS6 relief element so excess pressure can be vented directly inside the manifold. This combination of defined station count, consistent spacing, and integrated relief capacity lets one block coordinate several actuators within a single hydraulic circuit.
